I had a bond pistol chambered in 45/410. The judge is similar in that it's roughly the same size and shoots 410. Is hot at a rattlesnake and it didn't take him out. I shot it about 4 times and he finally died. I can shoot. Prior military, have my ccw and all that junk. I think bond arms and judges are novelty guns with no real self defense use. Get a good 9 mil and stack it with gold dots. Problem solved.

But there's an excellent chance that your boss will think like I do (and like you do) and realize that your safety is justifiably more important to you than company policy. Company policy is no guns because the company doesn't want to be sued if you have to shoot somebody. I got the turkshit knock off of a Jericho 941 compact. It's actually super nice even though it's a knock off. The accuracy is really good too. I'm a piss poor shot, but I was able to hit a man sized target at center mass at 50 yards at the outdoor range I frequent with this, and haven't been able to with anything else (I've tried M&P40, Beretta 92FS, a Windicator, and a Bersa Thunder .380. All mine other than the Bersa). I shoot better with this gun than anything else I've ever tried, so I like to carry it even if it's a bit bulky just because it's so reliable and I actually hit what I aim at. I really fucking love this thing. I'd love to buy an actual Jericho, but all the compacts come with rails, and I'm not a big fan of them aesthetically.
