Some provinces still have bagged milk, but most don't. Even the ones that do, you can still buy non-bagged milk. It typically comes in 1, 2, or 4 litre cartons.

We do similar stuff as you do in America. Weather is obviously colder and depends where you move to. Summers are typically hot, winters cold. Healthcare is good. Wait times can be an issue, though.
A bigger difference is how we generally view our government, though. We tend to look to the government to step in to provide solutions and leadership, whereas US seems to want the government to get out of the way.
