During the Apollo 11 landing there were a bunch of 1201 and 1202 alarms. The flight directors were about to abort the landing but ultimately decided they were spurious. It was later realized the rendezvous radar was left on which caused it to overload the other instruments but luckily it was programmed to put higher priority to more important things.
But anyway, they recently released the source code for the lunar lander, and someone made a pull request against it describing the issue as if it was an actively developed project. Just a little bit of dry programmer humor I guess.
