How did you start? I do a lot of freelance work through former coworkers/friends and their referrals and have thought of trying to formalize into an actual business. Aside from the actual "business" side which I have no experience running from the top, I am told I do phenomenal work and really have never had any failures in work aside from physical hardware breaking from shorts or impact damage or issues caused by OS updates or incompatibilities that either haven't been fixed or I could not make my own workaround (usually give myself roughly 6 hours research 4 hour testing in that situation).
