Conveyor belt is not fast enough.
The wheels do have friction, so the belt just needs to go a lot faster than the plane, not the same speed.
If the wheels were frictionless it would take off regardless of the speed of the conveyor belt.

You don't seem to understand the point. They had a car pulling a conveyor belt.
The planes propulsion is not due to the wheels spinning, but the propeller so of course the plane picks up speed.
Unfortunately for you there is a thing called friction. The wheels are not friction-less against the conveyor belt.
If you speed it up enough, lets go overboard and speed it up close to the speed of light, even the most minuscule friction will pull the plane backwards faster than the propeller can propel it forwards.
Of course the wheels would break and the plane would end up with the fuselage on the conveyor belt and the friction would be even higher requiring less speed.

Yeah it's tough. I have colour on both arms for the same reason - I prefer watercolour tattoos, my artist is good at them and because I've got such pale skin I can get coloured tattoos. Have a black/grey one the right side of my chest, getting another on the other side but that's fine as they're more for me than anything else.
