Your linework seems fine. I don't know about your anatomy since I never seen a full drawing since you crop it. Do coloring requests for others for practice since that usually helps.

Looks like you're already off to a good start. The best thing you can do is just get practiced with it. Do studies and what not, draw items, scenes and body parts reference.
Take it from here, and try involving a story for your drawings, like if you were storyboarding a movie. It'll get better the more in tune you get with the way you want it to look like.

Oh, and eh... Layers are your friend - if you have to, redraw over something and see if you missed something while doing the first bit of it.
You can also take advantage of either clipping groups or opacity lock to change colors of lines or shapes without affecting their form themselves.
I'd offer something more than that, but I try to keep my workflow very simplified anyway. You can probably watch an artist's stream to see how they draw their shit out.
