I'm no expert but from what I've learned in passing is that generally women have it easier. Women are more likely to win custody of child and have more support programs for things such as homelessness college, etc. I've seen some cases of laws favor them such as if a woman is to drunk to give consent it's rape but a man being to drunk has no meaning. Out of all crimes committed men are most likely to be victims in everything but rape. Jobs with physical criteria have a lower bar for women such as firefighters or military personnel. Again I'm no expert and this is just what I've heard and learned in passing so take it with a grain of salt.
