If so, bash/Powershell and Python are probably the way to go.
My tips: Learn C++/C eventually. Quite honestly I think they suck as intro languages, to someone who has never coded before. But they're low level enough that the'll help you get a grasp on things that other language hide away but are still there.
And don't start out using VS. Boot linux and use gcc.
After you get the hang on the basics, check out different languages, even if for just a little while. LISP, Ruby, D, Go, Lua, are all fun.
