Actually I already work out. I've got a job, socialize (not very often but at least on a basis that could be considered regular) I have a job. I have hobbies, I enjoy making jewelry, drawing, and writing/playing music. I dunno where you get this idea from of introverted loser society, but most people I know are pretty healthy. I know plenty of extroverted people who spend more time outside socializing. Maybe by comparison, we're more heavily introverted since the last few decades but that's because of the rise of technology and internet and all that junk.
