Had high hopes for 12 Monkeys, considering the source material. Watched and enjoyed the first season, despite some glaring deficiencies/flaws (writing, effects and casting, to name some) but after watching the show get progressively sillier and certain actors' performances more cringe-inducing during this second season, I've had to throw in the towel on this one. I suspect it would have been much better as a mini-series.
Dark Matter has similar issues.
