Why are watches with the following characteristics ever made or bought, as they are so painfully obviously complete and total shit:
- square dial
- no numbers
- gaudy pieces of shit
- too much writing and logos and shit in the dial
- too thick, thin, or weirdly coloured or shaped hands
- leather straps that go to hell in a few years from sweat and rain
I don't have a weird taste in watches, but there are almost none without any of the above. Finding a simple fucking watch with a date on it that's water resistant is like finding a unicorn, and I don't get it. You should think that my taste would be the lowest of pleb tier that they just spat forth a million of, but not so, and it's so fucking weird.
