eat more greens [esp. if you can eat them raw (i.e.: broccoli, spinach leaves, etc.)]
exercise helps [esp. pelvic floor exercises (i.e.: Kegels)]
See a doctor if your condition begins to interfere with your life severely to the point where you can't maintain a healthy function.
