Thats a Plug für speakers. Sometimes used for power Adapters with lower voltage.
Looks like it's from an Ikea LED lamp.
Plugs into a DC adapter that outputs 4V at 0.75A.

And that was a widely used speaker connector in the 70s, my amp uses these.
