I got it working again, the coil pack solved the misfires but I was still bogging down so I clean the MAF sensor and the throttle body off, and that seems to have done the trick
After firing up it idles high for about 20 seconds to warm up and then drops to about 700 steadily and doesn't stall, so I'm pretty content that it works again.
