for those of you who think i am wrong by not hitting the gym. my work had a biggest loser/fitness type challenge a couple years ago. my starting weigh in was 200.05. there were a couple fat computer programmers in on it too. i came in 2nd place. 2ND PLACE against FATTIES. i never once stepped foot in the gym. i saw them in there, killing themselves on the treadmill, chugging water, doing all sorts of bogus shit. all i did was eat healthy small meals, go for walks and hikes (up hills to get that heart rate up), and part of my job required transporting packaging from the main office to the warehouse so on the daily i was lifting/twisting/etc. big dude only beat me because he had more fat to lose than i did. in just under 3 months i went from 200 to 175 just by being a normal fucking human being
