I used a pair of chopsticks for a low friction rail, some corndog sticks from sonic (3) to make arms, and an old wooden tobacco pipe as a base to put your thumb in place of a handle. The round bottom of the pipe put the rails at an incline so as to not fire the cigarette at such a high velocity that it would be damaged. Used a hair tie for the chord and brass thumbtacks to hold the arms in place, as well as superglue for the other parts.
