No, they are all indepedent stores.
They just fulfill the role that Radioshack does/did in the Western world. Plus a little more, each store has its own "specialty", like marine electronics or batteries or whatever. But all overpriced. Some more than others.
There is no other place on the island that even sells resistors. Fucking resistors. If you ever need a 1/4-watt resistor that's worth half a cent you have to go halfway across the entire island just to get one.
So that's why I stole some from school back when I was still doing electronics assembly at home. Lucky enough to be part of a engineering faculty.
