Mob Psycho 100 is one of those. It hast action but it's not mindless. It has some serious moral clashing going right on there and it's also a good caricatur to real world events, so much that I do not accept anyone who hasn't watched it to say it's bad

Only some Subjects require an entrance exam. For example Law doesn't require one. You just get in.
Psychology again needs one. And it's rather strict too. Only the best 500 get in and you have to get 60% of the exam right.

30% needs to be correct. No limitations on how many are accepted. If you do not get the required 30% right you have a individual talk with future colleauges to determine if you would fit to the criteria a teacher needs to have.
