I like deep ambiguous lyrics with multiple meanings and interpretations. For the most, this hip hop techno crap at the top doesn't really get there. However, if any of these is legitimately good and not just a catchy tune, please let me know which ones. They all sound identical so far and after skipping around I can't find lyrics in half of them.
Mastodon, Tool, Alice In Chains, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, etc. are all givens and the music is often catchy AND actually good. I'm trying to branch out to other genres.
So if you have something that will give me insight into the nature of the human condition and reality, throw it my way. If it's just something to listen to while you suck a rubber baby dick to keep from grinding your teeth, throw it in the garbage.
