I sort mine by male/female/hfur/pokemon x human/animated/comics. From there, I save it as the pokemon's name and then a number. For group shots I save as Multiple#.png or as the name of the pokemon I'll remember being there.
Works decently enough for me.

I sort by pokemon, and then within each by male/female. Mine are on my comp cuz it's easier to hold lots/sort better. Lastly, I don't think so. I seriously doubt it.

It's up to you. The standard method is probably putting them in folders by species, further dividing by gender. I use a program called Hydrus I like to shill that's a good deal more powerful, but takes more effort to setup and use.

Depends on what you post on more, and how you like to fap. Cloud storage of some kind might be a good option if you use both
