Even if vaccines did cause autism, once you consider the rate at which autism occurs among vaccinated children, compared to the numbers of children that would die if we didn't have vaccines, it becomes obvious that even if vaccines actually did cause autism, which they don't, that having them would still be a net positive.
My point t about oral sex is similar. Even if it does cause throat cancer to one in a million people, which we haven't at all established that it does, it's still a net positive to the human condition overall.
