Keep the base temperature inside the case down lower. I had a Cooler master EVO CPU cooler before j got my Corsair 110 and temps dropped from like 130-170°F to 90-105°F it makes a difference in the performance for sure and it keeps my room a little more bearable.

What you're looking at there is 30 Noctua fans. A single 120mm one of these costs around 21 USD. There are some 80mm ones and a couple of what appear to be 140mm ones as well, but I can't be fucked to look the exact prices up just to be perfectly accurate on a chinese knitting board.
