Sum it up, guy was driving underneath the influence of drugs or drunk off of his ass. He veers into my lane and then goes back into his. We both move on to the next intersection. While I'm waiting for the the light to turn green, I get slammed from behind. I throw my car into park and put the park brake on, and step outside to see the dude just glaring at me. I yell "what the fuck!? Give me your insurance!" And when I did, he just reversed about 10 feet, then went straight into my car again. He then reverses again, and slurs "that will teach you a lesson about . . ." and I couldn't hear him. He tries to take off, and I jump and grab his window sill. He turns his car in a way to make my body slam into my open car door, and I rolled off and pushed my car door past the hinge limit. I rolled and he ran over my foot and sped off on the freeway.
