I think as a bisexual it's better that way. If a business is up front and tells me they disagree with my sexuality and ideology I can say fuck them and not give them my money. In theory affirmative action is literally just discrimination but it's okay because it's in favor of certain people's skin color and not in favor against others. In practice affirmative action has largely been shown in general to hurt the people's whom it advocates for. College acceptance affirmative action largely adopts students who perform lower than others based on race. Those students get to the colleges ill-equipped to deal with college coursework especially when they deal with harder majors. This leads to mass drop out rates or worse getting easier/useless majors (so you go to college to get smarter and a job but come out with a useless degree and huge debt).
