i'm not sure, he was talking to the desu guy and the desu guy is acualy not that bad a person, hes delusion and believes he can effect the board but other than that hes not a bad person, I was acualy talking to him about radio astronomy the other day and building antennas, so generally I can stand desu, he also only spams for an hour or so than stops.

it's a self governing territory of Spain, moreover it has a congress and organized government.
anarchy can't exist, if you have 0 government you will get gangs and factions form, after a while they will amass more and more land and control and bam, you have a government again.
the only way for anarchy to work is if you have 100% of the population believing the same things and having no ambition, otherwise you will always get populations organized in a hierarchy, even other social animals can't function in anarchy and create a hierarchy.
so yeah it works in small scale but it can't in large scale due to basic human psychology.
and this is why I took that political science course in uni, for just such an occasions.
