free cities is a text-based slave trainer/brothel(well, entire floating fucking city) management game but the sex scene text is pretty dull.
iirc the creator of that one has an 18+ restriction on the girl/character generation.
jack o nine also has a toggle for loli content if i remember it right.
princess trainer is great but really linear without much to do - but still has better dialogue and event text just since it's not so open-ended/endless.

it's a bit heavier though, some bdsm/torture stuff. even butchering slaves to use as food for other slaves. but all thats optional. can keep them instead of selling them and use them as the maid/cook/assistant etc if they like/love you enough.
can also mindbreak and make them utterly useless.
of all the games like that it has the most features, but until you find the routine that works getting high rank slaves to make money and not go in debt is difficult.
just keep playing princess trainer, should last a few hours.
just google for brothel sims or slave trainer games, or check the /vg/ hentai and 2d hentai game thread for their pastebins/recommended games list.
there's a lot of games like that, but finding translated games is hard. finding ones that didn't drop development at version 0.00001 is hard too.
