Also: Schizophrenia is easy to diagnose. You can see retarded movement in children who are likely to be diagnosed with it later in life (during their infant years). In their brain scans you will see enlarged ventricles too. A psychiatrist could get so easily caught for misdiagnosis of schizophrenia it would hurt. I have a friend who befriended one of their common hallucinations, a tall black figure with white eyes and large (also black) angel wings, who looks out for them by telling them if people are talking about them, and who they should trust etc.

I do hear voices when I am about to go to sleep. I am in my bad and wait to fall asleep when I suddenly start to hear phrases or word that I heard in that day. This usually happens when I am extremly tired. Now I am not saying that I have something, but maybe that's what it is.

They are also a bit different in nature from what you hear. They are all in a topic. Well almost all of them and they change topics. Like if I was speaking to a friend about cars in that day than it's a high chance of me hearing things I told him and he told me about cars, or words from that conversation. Then they change on another topic and so on untill I fall asleep. You might be right as if there was to get out of the bed I wouldn't hear them anymore. It's just when I am fading to sleep.

Not OP but I had something similar for a short time... Initially it was very negative. If I had a gun at the time I have no doubt I'd have shot myself just to stop it. I was even pee shy for a little bit until I got used to them. Over time they were a little more friendly. But occasionally they'd make me feel like shit.
Have you tried to talk to your voices in order to change them to say creative things? Like writting songs/books, or any kinda usefull shit.
