Get as much distortion on your amp as you can. Turn the gain up to 11!
On the second thinnest string (B) put your index finger on the second fret. Use your ring finger or pinky to hammer on and pull off on the 5th fret. Once you've got that going, use one of the fingers on your right hand to tap on the 9th fret on the same string at the same time.
Then start tapping the 10th fret.
