As a fat guy, I can attest that being fat is kinda shitty. I mean I'm not immobile, I can still run (not far) and walk fine and do normal things. I just don't look good with my shirt off.
I have recently changed my diet. I used to eat shit upon shit without thinking about it and felt bad all the time.
Now it's protein shakes in the morning, lean meats and veggies for lunch, dinner, and snacks of things like hummus and carrots.
I typically feel better, lower blood pressure, better shits because of more fiber. I've lost a *little* weight. I need to exercise more. I don't do that enough.
Also, drinking a gallon of water a day helps.

275 pounds in late April, 259 pounds as of 12:30 cst today
I jog a mile 4 days a week, walk 3 miles on the off days. I've been doing that since late April. Too poor for equipment so I just do pushups, situps, crunches, general labor on familys farm, and train endurance racing on the Arabian horses. I don't have a car to myself and the nearest gym is 35 miles away since I'm a rural Farmfag. I actually still eat rather unhealthy, but way smaller portions and not as often. My stomach is smaller and squishier (went from 2xl size shirt to xl) my wastline went from 42 to 38, I got massive and well toned calf muscles (they're the size of footballs), and my Johnson seems to look slightly longer.
I still get fat hate when I go to the city, but it makes me jog harder later in the day.
Wish I could do a before and after but before I tried losing weight I would never have my picture taken besides only my face.
