ETOPS safety rules require four engines on a scheduled flight over Antarctica (and other places) where you have no good emergency options in case of engine failure.

If the airplanes do decide to go over them, there will be more damage to the ozone layer and more ice will begin to melt and we don't want that because I like being able to live about water. Since the ice sheets are white, they reflect more light from the sun causing that place to stay cool but once planes start to go over there, it will make the area more hotter. Since there are less CO2 over there, the ozone layer is more stronger there and it helps scientists to learn how the healing of ozone layers work and change over time.

Would be conclusive if true -- but if you look at the video, it is not what happens. There is NEVER any dust hanging in the air, it all falls out as if it were a handful of rocks -- exactly what you'd expect on the moon.
This video might interest you -- the wheels of the rover throw a lot of sand and dust, and since there is no air resistance and 1/4 gravity it goes up higher than you'd expect. And then it falls back down -- notice that there is no trail of hanging dust in the air being left behind the rover. (If you have ever driven on a dirt road, you know that, in atmosphere, the dust would hang in the air for many minutes and leave a trail behind the rover all the way out of frame.)
