I was working at a place and the hiring manager hired about 20 people for a new property. A good half of them were friends of his from outside of the industry. None of those 10 had any idea how to do their job. I had to train them. I had to do the work that they didn't know how to do. I constantly had to take responsability for their fuck ups.
