It needs a load of work, and we've already had the pipes repaired. My uncle runs a plumbing business so that was pretty easy to sort. It's very dated. It's only clean because we've already put in work there.

Nah, you'll eventually find one that works. Honestly, I found mine within four months of making myself into someone I'd want to date.
Don't worry about your physical looks too much. Try to improve, but don't obsess. Focus on who you are as a person. Throw out your religion and spend a couple months trying to work out what you believe based on what makes sense to you.
Work on hygiene/grooming and dress well. There are countless guides online for both of those.
Think about these things, and quit talking too much. You'll be surprised at how quickly improving yourself improves your chances.
