Dude I feel you. I know someone similar. When I first met her she was the light in a lot of people's lives. Some guys hated her because she talked to a lot of guys but not really in an intimate kind of way. She was super happy and I sort of fell in love with her. Not sure if it's love or an obsession but over time her strength started to waver and she wasn't quite as happy. Now me and her talk about everything and she talks about suicide and no one missing her. I try to explain to her how much she means to me but she always seems to be in the same mood in the end. She told me she seriously considered jumping off a balcony at a place she was staying at during a family vacation. She said the only reason she didn't do it was because she was afraid she would live through the fall. I don't want to lose her but I can't figure out how to help her because I'm not happy either.
