to be honest i dont even think the DUP has that good of a public opinion. I'm from a mostly protestant town that always votes DUP. most people think they are a bunch of morons with prehistoric ideals. one of the problems is with the power the UDA have over the estates in my town. the is 3 estates that make up over half of the population. all of the estate rats always vote for the DUP candidates because that is what they are told to do. door to door like.
another problem is that a lot of middle class people that live outside of the estates dont vote at all because the dont support either side and there is little alternative other than green or alliance.
i dont support a united ireland since i think we are much stronger economy as part of the UK but i 100% do not support the DUP or those other terrorists
