I have a small farm, grow a bunch of shit and also have chickens for eggs and a few little goats. Chickens are stupid as fuck (like even dumber than you think) but goats are pretty rad.
They're super smart, can learn tricks and commands, and all they do all day is chill, jump on things/off things, headbutt each other, and take naps. Really easy to take care of and keep healthy assuming you have get their shots and shit once a year.
I used to have raccoons or skunks murdering chickens once in awhile before i built a combo goat house/chicken house so they all sleep in the same area. No raccoon wants to fuck with sleeping goats, they'll get headbutt murdered.
