It's normal to feel fine at that age even if you're fat, you're body is still young. HCG and psmf are both ways to eat less. without some structure I eat more. I've changed a lot about the way I eat but I still struggle, and having a structure to enforce self discipline helps. A valid structure. It's like going to the gym vs. just going for a walk. Sure you can say "just go for a walk" (eat less) but it's very easy for that to get interrupted, sidetracked, put off- I mean it seems easy, there is the front door. on the other hand when you go to the gym regularly (aka structured eating) you're not just going to turn around and leave again, you're going to use the equipment. the very structure of going to the gym helps, the fact it's removed from your normal life (from your normal food choices*) helps you stay with the routine.
I'm not saying everyone can't ever lose by walking, but when I say HCG was the thing that worked for me and you say "pfft, just eat less" you're being ignorant.
*for example I can eat less mayonnaise and often did cut back, but I always stressed and started spooning it on eventually. on the HCG there is nothing even similar allowed and after a month of that it's too rich to have more than a smear. after my 2nd round I can't stand the stuff. I no longer have mayo on anything and I used to eat it on ever sandwich, burger, fries, as salad dressing etc. just "eating less" mayonnaise didn't help but going through the HCG really changed HOW I eat.
