I stopped drinking because it started to fuck up my stomach and then a doctor diagnosed me with IBS. And after a while not drinking, a lot of my friends just stopped to inviting me to stuff or just started to use me as a drunk driver. So I ditched them and now I'm kind of lonely, because I have only two friends anymore (other one is brother and other one is super busy). But I have kind of found the joy of exercise so there's that.

First step is to realize how much time you actually spent on videogames and porn snd try to fill this time with basically anything else. I got an old war buddy who is an expat who runs a brothel called the fish farm in thailand.
Last time I visited there were 3 little slant eyed fuck machines waiting in my room.
He has this prank/advertising shtick where he gets his girls to follow him into bars and clubs, they mingle, then he waits for an opportune moment to clap his hands twice and yells "BITCHES ASSSSEEEEMMMMMBLLLLE" they flash mob around him and start go-go dancing.
Its hilarious, plus you dont gotta feel bad because all his girls are of age, paid well, not abused, can quit whenever they want, and best of all, no human trafficking.

This. I started my food blog and spend a lot of time cooking, making drinks,making pictures, typing articles, etc. now, and I spend way less time on vidya and porn.
I still do vidya and porn, though, because I enjoy them. Just not as much. Doubt I could if I didn't have anything else to do, though.
