I wish I was joking, in my teens I was a stereotypical Blackbeard trench coat wearing militant atheist, the only difference was I was severally underweight not over weight.
once I graduated and started existing in the real world I slowly stopped liking that style, I stopped seeing a point to being abusive to Christians and what not, and I just stopped wearing the hat.
I still like hats and collect them (mostly military and replica prop hats because i'm still a nerd) but I don't wear hats unless it's for function or situational.
I see euphoric fedora teens on youtube flaming religious people for no reason or being autistic in public and I shutter knowing I was once one of them. hopefully they grow out of it as well.

If by some oddity of biology they are heart attacks and happen as often as you say they do most of your heart would no longer be functional and you would be dead already.
A few times Ive dissected hearts of mammals with heart defects and abnormalities, they died naturally and far sooner than their counterparts but by where some of the hearts fucked up, this one lab rat had a heart that was just fucked, it was missing a valve and had a hole in it's septum, didn't take a rocket scientists to discover why it only lived for 3 weeks and was inactive.
