I'm a fat shit, being almost 300 lbs at my largest, but I've brought it down to about 240 or so. I'm still fat, but I'm working to get rid of it.

Actually, it's a really good stir fry if you take a shit ton of broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers, and stir fry them just to get them softer with maybe a table spoon of veggie oil or butter, then mix in chicken, sweet and sour sauce, soy sauce, water, and a spoon of sugar.
All in all I figure it's still pretty healthy since the ratio of the vegetables to the salt and sugar is still damn good.
Soysauce / water / sugar is also great for slowly boiling baby back ribs. Bones change the flavor of the sauce making it heavenly. So ribs / rice / side of that sauce.

Reminds me of when I worked in a pizza place. These two women came in. You could see their car raise a good 1-2 feet when they got out of their car. And jesus christ the smell when they opened the door. Was like I just popped one of papa nurgle's ass boils. They ordered 5 large pizzas, 48 hot wings, 24 bbq wings, 4 2-liters, most of our ranch dressing ( I had to restock the whole shelf after they left), and 2 medium pizzas which they I overheard them say was for the ride home.

I work at a department store in apparel.
I get these fat bitches in almost once a day, they always go through the women's or even junior's section and say how everything is cute, rip the place apart, just be asshole customers, then they'll complain to me about how small the Plus section is and ask why everything is so ugly, or they just insult me when they think I can't hear them because I'm at a healthy weight.
I'm 5'6 and 130 lbs, these chicks are the same height but weigh as much as my truck, and whenever they go into the fitting room I can hear them panting due to the effort of taking off their clothes to try on whatever rug they've picked out, then proceed to sweat in it, then leave it on the counter inside out for me to deal with.
I've considered bringing gardening gloves in to work for those situations, and I keep reminding myself that even if I managed to cut through all of that fat with a boxcutter to get to some sort of blood vessel, it's not worth the jail time.
