Last night in MWO, I had 3 games in a row that made me rage.

I do believe that they were also developing a cushion of sorts to reduce the damage of the first bullet shot in a situation where they might need to shoot someone. It doesn't penetrate, and they'd have to shout "Not lethal" before they shoot it, but even with the reduced damage, it could still break a few bones.
