1.- When you evolve a pokemon, does the level of the evolver count for the outcome?
It'd make sense but I need to confirm this.
2.- Are the CP/HP caps the same for every pokemon? I mean if I capture 2 raticates, say one with 150CP and the other with 200CP, they still have the same CP limit?
3.- Why do evolved pokemon give only 1 first evolution stage candy when you transfer them? that's bullshit.
3.- Do the "XL/XS" values mean anything at all as to CP/HP?
