I really like "team four star", they basically took dragonball z, recut, edited and resynchronized it to make it haliarious and less dragging. They currently are at the cell saga and also did a few movies. The first few episodes maybe seem a bit low in quality, but it gets better as they get more practice. They also did that with hellsing ultimate.
Otherwise there is "something witty entertainmen"t which did the same as team four star but with sword art online. I think one guy from tfs helped there if im not wrong.
Then maybe "cinemasins" he maes videos showing all the errors movie mades, sounds boring but he did that in a funny matter, but i have to admit i dropped it some time ago, just lost its flare

Cr1tikal is fine. He's one of the few let's players who has a good voice, no facecam, and doesn't make a shitshow pretending he's scared at every "spooky" meme game.
ERB is fine, when they do a good job. Nothing spectacular, but most of their rap battles are decent at worst.
What's wrong with Vsauce? They make decent educational videos, and good videos to recommend mobile apps and such.
By the way, the youtuber I watch the most know is Manlybadasshero, specifically because he finds the good indie horror games and plays them quickly, and uploads a decent amount of high quality content. He's a weeb, but he's not over the top with it ever and I'm a weeb too so I can't really complain there.
