The there are the people who praise shitty artist and those artist become even shittier and keep making dried up porn and furries are so used to eating cracker jack porn that they don't even notice but, when a slightly average artist lays down some furry porn suddenly they're mother fucking Picasso revived and revamped and the furries shovel their mouths full of this new garbage before suddenly and inexplicable deciding they liked the taste of shit better and go right on back to those shitty artist who make Frankenfoxhumanbitch art.

Well I mean. Fuck, man. Come on. There are but only a handful of actual styles to do that are considered anime. And regardless of how good at people get at recreating any one of those few styles, it still ends up an absurd mass of artist drawing the same characters the the same ways while their fans argue over who does the best recreations.
Anything a furry artist has done was done 100 times over in the anime genres. Anything a fan of furry art pined over and praised, anime art fans form fan groups and have flame wars with rival fan boys of who is the better copy and paste stylist in the most saturated market of copy and paste artist.

Kemono style art? It's a sub-genre within the fandom. It's not a bad style, but it's the same problem of everyone doing it is stuck and the same style is so well recreated that everyone's art looks the same. Furry art isn't held to the same standard of being bound only a handful of styles or techniques. Generally, within the fandom, artist are mocked and shamed if they copy another artist style. Though I can't honestly say why that is.

Most artists have different styles, go to DA and it's all the same crap but Profesional artists generaly have there own styles, I read a lot of manga and it's pretty easy to see who draws what solely on their style.
The guy who used to draw Highschool of the dead for example, found a number of purly porn things he did just because I recognised his style.

The difference there is that actual licensed anime and manga, there is an industry standard. The artist lucky enough to get a contract to have the work published set the standard.
What I'm referring to are the independent artist. Within both fandoms. Anime fan artist fall victim of recreating the industry standards. While on the other hand, there is no standard within the furry fandom and their artist.
At most, one could argue there being standards set by the likes of Jermey Bernal, Dr. Comet, Narse, or any of the others with a pay site or high commission rate. But those are all independent artist and have a niche-market, as opposed to an industry standard.
