So after about an hour of saving goodies, I had a semi-hard on and had to pee.

Piss kills the sperm, when you have an orgasm it stops the piss from coming out to prevent that, usually if you try hard enough you can piss, it's pretty easy for me, it usually weakens and goes away in like 15 minutes
