Stoner is a term I use for people who use all day every day. I lived in Colorado while it was legal and the youth there basically stopped smoking the "flower" as it wasn't strong enough. It is common for many to smoke the extracted form all day every day. I don't believe there is anything wrong with using but legalization just made it way too easy to abuse. Plus the worthless stoners are the ones who are the most vocal, which is extremely annoying.
