To the people saying varys teleported: it went like this.
He secured ships for himself, then he sailed back to mereen. Instead of taking about 10 mins out of the episode showing his arrival, they just ended it without showing him arriving in mereen, introducing the new peeps, then them all loading up the ships and armada off to sail for the kingdom of westeros or whatever. It's not that big of a deal or bad writing. I personally favor them doing it this way as to not take time away from the rest of the cool ass shit that they decided to show.
