Does anyone else have a problem with becoming easily infatuated with someone? I'd say I'm a fairly attractive guy going into sophomore year of college.

Ok so I just noticed something weird
I had this bump on my forehead. It felt harder than the rest but it wasn't a pimple, the skin was pretty much pristine. I also felt something hard and squishy underneath. It kind of hurt when i pressed against it and was red for a while after
So of course I did the only thing a man does in this situation. I grabbed a knife and cut it open to see what was under my skin. Out of this bump came a lot of some kind of clear liquid, like water but a bit thicker. It wasn't pus I think, it was clear and odorless
Anyone got any idea what this might have been and did I make a good decision by cutting it open?
