We need more discipline, and that's where meditation comes in. Visualization gives us the time to tap into our dreams, feel what it's like to achieve them, and then get on with our days.

I can "visualize" things quite vividly once I get physically active. Although they aren't my dreams but instead the stories and games that I wish to write and create.
I visualize my characters and their interactions with each other and sometimes I write them down after I'm done with whatever I'm doing and I work on it so it isn't so raw.
However you are more correct on my lack of discipline than anyone should ever have the right to be. I'm extremely lazy and I have no motivation to do anything. I'm far too complacent at where I am at now. All I do is play video games and I really want to stop because I know I NEED to if I want to get anywhere in my life but I can't. It's not a physical impossibility either. It's just that each and every day I wake up and just sit my lazy ass back onto the computer and repeat the same thing I did yesterday. It's my own damn fault and I have nothing to blame but myself.
Even now I recently came up with a format for gameplay that I researched and found out hasn't been made before but the problem is that now I have to make a project out of it so that I can recruit people to help me but I'm too lazy to learn modeling/coding.

I never networked because it's fake bullshit. I always take things personally when I'm rejected, causing me to slip into a state of depression. In my mind, I know that I shouldn't, but I still do. All I can say (to you and to myself) is continue playing your video games for a little bit. Here's the difference though...
While you're playing your video games, actively try and be consciously aware of what you're doing. Don't judge yourself. Do say to yourself, "I'm pathetic". Just play your games, but be aware that you're playing video games.
After a while, instead of just thinking that you need to stop playing video games, you're going to FEEL it, which is what us INFPs need. We need to feel it that we're wasting our life away. The problem is we spend so much of our lives in autopilot, just doing things out of habit. Once you get to that point where you not only know you need to change, but you FEEL it too. You really GET it, then you'll change.

Personally I think it would be better if I was at least able to participate hands-on with any projects that I want made that way I would not only have a bit of workplace respect from my colleagues but also I'd have practical and physical proof of my involvement. I'd imagine doing something like that would be fun anyway.
