On my first trip I was tripping with a close friend I've known for a few months and when we started tripping in our hostel we ran into a English guy that randomly came from same town as my friend. Turns out he dropped the same sugar cube we dropped at around the same time as us.
It was such a huge coincidence it was kinda creepy. He did it a few times before so he guided us through our trip and we did the above mentioned bbq shit and other stuff.
It was the best trip of my life!

I just started reading it, but so far it's pretty interesting and I wouldn't dismiss it as hokum. I'm sure the later chapters will prove more difficult though.
I mean it's fun to look at trees and think about other dimensions on acid, this just puts it in a practical light.
Example being local randomness and global determinism in terms of scale and why both create a stable structure, which you can apply to damn near anything, basic example being that individual branches and stuff are for the most part randomly placed, but they don't compromise the structure of the overall tree.
