You will never think your way out of your small comfort zone. it has nothing to do with ability, you just have to do it. you cant destroy your ego by failure when you decide to set your ego aside. even when everybody around you says you cant do something, you should know better. ive been bullied, depressed, addicted and socially isolates for 10 years. there were times where i had insomnia to the point where i was awake for 4 days straight, and showered but once a week. ive been diagnosed with add, aspergers, avoidant personality disorder, ocd, hypochondria and ptsd. guess what? i turned out fine. ive got an education, a good job, multiple gfs, some of which were hot even though im single now, and friends that are very dear to me. i dont feel any of the symptoms of anything ive ever been diagnosed with before, and most people find it hard to believe that ive been through what ive been.
the key to succes is developing your emotional intelligence. even if youre stupid you can develop a high as fuck EQ. it doesnt take skill to learn to enjoy life. it just takes true honesty to oneself and time. you should start by realizing the difference between putting the blame on yourself for the past, and taking reponsibilities for your actions.
